  • Institutionalize LP engagement and communications

  • Data Requests DDQ preparation guided by North Star of materiality

  • Advise on fund strategies, including SFDR

  • Assist with ESG fund marketing

  • Capital targeting (shareholders and LPs, funds and indices)

  • Manage Blackstone ratings

  • Materiality assessment and reporting

  • Input to critical firmwide investor related comms, such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs

  • Channel audits – consistency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting

  • Strong track record of creating positive relations within the investor community

  • 8+ years’ experience in investor relations

  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

  • Ability to work within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment

  • Excellent Excel and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
