Institutionalize LP engagement and communications
Data Requests DDQ preparation guided by North Star of materiality
Advise on fund strategies, including SFDR
Assist with ESG fund marketing
Capital targeting (shareholders and LPs, funds and indices)
Manage Blackstone ratings
Materiality assessment and reporting
Input to critical firmwide investor related comms, such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs
Channel audits – consistency
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
Strong track record of creating positive relations within the investor community
8+ years’ experience in investor relations
Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
Ability to work within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment
Excellent Excel and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
