Elion is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Investor Relations professional to be located in its Miami office. This is a client services role that will report directly to the Managing Director of Capital Markets. The primary functions will be supporting all aspects of the investor services and investor relations areas of the department. This role will provide an opportunity for client-facing engagement by requiring ongoing day-to-day support to and conducting various tasks concerning Elion’s institutional and private wealth capital partners. The ideal candidate must work well in a team-driven environment, be a self-starter, and be detail and process-oriented. This is a role with growth opportunities and the ability to gain exposure to various areas of the investor relations function and the Firm.

Primary Responsibilities:
Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through strong and effective communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance in a timely manner, and making sure key information and documentation remain current for all investor accounts
Liaise with Legal and Technology teams to manage and enhance the onboarding and subscription process for domestic and offshore investors through Elion’s proprietary technology, Elion Intelligence (“E.I.”)
Issue quarterly reports, capital account statements, and yearly tax reporting to investors
Review and process investor assignments, contact changes, and account changes
Manage anti-money laundering document collection and processing, and follow up with investors for missing information, if necessary
Assist with the organization and utilization of the investor reporting portal
Coordinate and drive content for annual investor meetings, LPAC meetings, and other LP events
Coordinate and drive content for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) marketing efforts with investors
Communicate with Elion’s strategic advisors to lead internal process improvements and enhance best practices
Keep abreast of market conditions, industry news, and other issues impacting business development
Assist in developing marketing and fundraising materials, including pitch books, campaign teasers, offering memorandum, competitor information, and prospect pipelines, among others for investors
Work closely with Fund Accounting and Tax teams to generate and distribute capital call and distribution notices and manage all investor-facing capital activity events
Handle all aspects of client account data requests which involve facilitating requests with internal teams including capital markets, portfolio management, real estate operations, finance, and legal/compliance
Identify, develop, and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance and investor services and recommend best practices and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of client service, investor relations, or related function at an alternative asset manager or real estate private equity firm
AML/KYC, accounting, or operations experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Investor-oriented mindset
Must be a self-starter with attention to detail and excellent organization and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
Ability to effectively maintain databases, keep accurate to-do lists, and follow up with all investor requests
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a team player with the ability to problem solve and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)

Annual compensation and discretionary bonus are commensurate with experience
