Networking In A New Way

As the Head of Global Business Development of a worldwide producer of meetings, events and conferences devoted to the institutional investment in the commercial real estate class with “proximity” as our prime value proposition, we’ve been challenged with bringing our constituencies together without the luxury of meeting in-person. This has put a major crimp in new business development and a serious challenge to maintaining effective current customer service.

Our desired audience is comprised of LP’s and GP’s that want to raise capital from these allocators.

As all firms have been struggling with this dilemma, we’ve developed a very highly effective approach by conducting 60-75 minute Virtual Roundtables with 4 LP’s and 4 GP’s participating. Known as “4x4’s”, not only did I develop this concept for our company, I also have been moderating them as well. The success of these roundtables has been beyond our initial launch expectations.
