​Based in the Netherlands, Van Grondelle brings extensive knowledge and leadership
experience from his career working on behalf of the institutional real estate investment and
media industries.

Most recently he served as Managing Director of Europe for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. where
he was responsible for investor relations, business development and overall strategic initiatives
for Institutional Real Estate Europe Magazine (IREI-Europe).

In this capacity, he established and maintained relationships with all types of institutional
investors including pension funds, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds and HNW
family offices as well as fund managers and private equity firms in the Europe, United Kingdom,
Americas & APAC.

An expert moderator and host, he facilitated the company’s European meetings, conferences,
roundtables, and video gatherings.

Prior to his three years at Institutional Real Estate, Inc. he was international sales director
at PropertyEU, where he was responsible for the sales of PropertyEU's comprehensive media
portfolio, including PropertyEU magazine and EXPO Real's Preview and Daily News.

Experienced International Sales Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real
estate industry. Strong sales professional skilled in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization
(SEO), Marketing Management, Advertising Sales, and Business Planning.

Arno lives in Aalsmeer and the father of two sons, spends his time on stage as a singer and
enjoys the company of his dog Pepa.
