Globally known as a master connector, Jonathan is highly regarded as a forward thinking and progressive executive with an exceptional ability to adjust to new global dynamics and apply them to underlying structures of business, governmental and social trends.

Prior to launching RELPI he was best known for the founding of GlobeSt.com, the commercial real estate industry's most influential online news and information website.

Jonathan's humorous nature led him to test and hone stand-up comedy skills and, apart from enjoying himself extremely, he also discovered he has the ability to easily sense emotions and feelings within a room. This trait became extremely important in his career path since it offered a deep understanding of emerging markets, excellent presentation skills, and adaptability to new market dynamics.

 

Jonathan has been acting as Special Advisor, Real Estate & Infrastructure for the Robert F. Kennedy Compass Conference by connecting and recruiting private equity firms and institutional investors to attend the foundation’s annual event in Hyannis Port, MA.

 

Prior roles included President & CEO of Real Estate Media, Inc., a Wasserstein & Co. Portfolio Company where he founded GlobeSt.com and created RealShare Conferences. He also served as Global Head of Business Development and Managing Director, at Institutional Real Estate, Inc., and was the Co-Leader of the Sustainability Initiative, at Penton Media, Inc. While there, he developed a platform and strategy encompassing Penton’s 16 vertical b2b markets, managed relationships with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to small businesses.

Jonathan currently lives in New York with his wife Cynthia, a licensed acupuncturist, and their two dogs, Bella and Penny, who are decidedly unlicensed to cause trouble at any moment.
