WINTER PARK, FL – January 10, 2022 – Avanti Properties Group (“Avanti”) is pleased to announce that Avanti Strategic Land Investors X, an Avanti affiliate, recently completed its first investment. The newly acquired property, known as “Freeland,” will be Avanti’s sixteenth investment in Houston, TX since 1992. The approximate $55 million total equity capital commitment will be used to transform more than 1,000 acres just north of Houston’s I-10 into a community of 2,200 single-family homes.
