McClean, VA (April 11, 2024) – Real estate investor, developer and operator, KETTLER announced today the addition of J.D. Sitton to its executive team. Sitton, an accomplished industry veteran, will serve as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets and Strategy for KETTLER as the company looks to grow its investment management business.

With more than 30 years working at firms like Hines, J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Barings, Sitton brings a wealth of expertise in working with institutional real estate investors in the United States and abroad. He will serve as a member of KETTLER's investment committee and will lead the firm’s discretionary fundraising efforts. Sitton will also maintain and grow relationships with investors and their consultants and collaborate with senior leadership in setting strategy for firm funds.

A sterling reputation within the industry, Sitton served as Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets-Americas at Hines. He spent 15 years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management including time as Head of Real Estate Americas Client Strategy. He began his career at Equitable Real Estate where he spent 9 years and transitioned into capital markets from accounting and finance.
Sitton holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a CFA charter holder. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and has held the series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses.
