Alliance Global Advisors (Alliance) is pleased to announce that Leah Dillon will join the team as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Partner Engagement on June 1, 2023. This newly established role within Alliance will focus on developing and analyzing strategic growth opportunities for not only our organization and our team, but more importantly, the clients we serve. Leah will also join the firm’s management team and oversee our growing team.

Leah brings a well-rounded perspective of the real asset industry with over 20 years of institutional real estate experience. Prior to joining Alliance, Leah was a member of the Client and Partner Group at KKR, covering institutional clients and consultants in North America with an exclusive focus on the KKR Real Estate platform. Prior to joining KKR, she was a senior vice president for Prologis, covering European and Canadian clients for their strategic capital business. Ms. Dillon brings more than two decades of experience working in various roles within real estate investment banking, asset management and capital raising at Sabretooth Capital Management, Macquarie Group Limited, Citigroup Property Investors and AEW Capital Management. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
