Lubert-Adler Appoints Shelly Baldwin as Chief Investor and Business Development Officer

9/22/25 – Lubert-Adler, a leading private equity real estate investment firm, today announced the appointment of Shelly Baldwin as Chief Investor and Business Development Officer. In this role, Ms. Baldwin will lead the firm’s investor relations and business development initiatives, driving capital formation efforts and strengthening relationships with institutional partners globally.

Ms. Baldwin brings more than two decades of experience in the asset management industry, with deep expertise across real estate, credit, and alternative investments. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, she served as Head of Business Development at Triangle Capital Group, where she led fundraising and investor relations for the firm’s distressed commercial real estate debt strategy. Previously, she held senior business development roles at The Praedium Group, Ellington Management Group, Sancus Capital Management, and Varadero Capital. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as a Quantitative Strategist focused on structured credit products.

Her appointment reflects Lubert-Adler’s continued focus on expanding its investor base and delivering innovative investment strategies across real estate equity and credit opportunities.
