National Real Estate Advisors (“National”) is proud to announce the promotion of William “Bill” Jordan to Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).
In his new role, Bill will oversee National’s finance and accounting operations, including capital relationships, cash flow management, and accurate financial reporting. Additionally, he will take on responsibilities for funding requests, strategic planning, and mentoring finance and accounting team members.
Bill’s journey with National began last year when he took on the role of Managing Director of Finance. During his first year at National, Bill has made significant contributions by assisting with project financings, raising incremental capital, and enhancing cash management strategies. He strengthened relationships with key lenders, extended and modified credit lines, and launched initiatives to boost employee engagement.

Before joining National, Bill was a Managing Director and Lead Development Officer for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate. He was responsible for setting strategy and leading the team that recruits, trains, develops, engages, and compensates Analysts and Associates worldwide. Bill also served as a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate in New York, NY, and Washington, DC, financing several billion dollars of real estate projects in urban locations across the country.
At Wells Fargo, Bill served as the Relationship Manager for National, providing capital for significant investments, including Journal Squared in Jersey City, NJ, East Market in Philadelphia, PA, The Bloc in Los Angeles, CA, and Bulfinch Crossing in Boston, MA.
Bill earned an AB Degree from Princeton University’s School of Public Policy and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to his career in business, Bill served as a Princeton Project 55 Fellow at a non-profit on the South Side of Chicago. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Princeton AlumniCorps and is on the Advisory Council for the DC Jazz Festival.
With his comprehensive background and achievements, Bill is well-positioned to lead National’s financial strategies and drive future growth.
